Here in New York City, the "yerba" has been legalized, which means 4/20/2023 is going to be very, very interesting. While "exotic" smoke shops have been popping up faster than a thirteen-year-old's pimples, most of them are operating without any legality. In fact, New York is giving licensing priority to charities and people who have been unfairly persecuted for minor marijuana offenses. It seems the city is trying to make things right.

The legalization of marijuana doesn't necessarily mean that people are being responsible when it comes to consumption.
